SAP Business One – Shopify Integration
A ready-to-deploy, SAP-certified add-on that connects SAP Business One (SQL or HANA, version 10+) directly with Shopify for B2C online retailers. It automates orders, customers, products, stock, and pricing between the two systems, keeping SAP as the single source of truth while Shopify handles the storefront.

What it does:

Products & pricing – Simple and variable products, complete with SKUs, variant attributes, pricelist-based pricing, and warehouse-based stock, are pushed automatically from SAP to Shopify.

Inventory – Stock levels sync in near real time to prevent overselling and reduce cancellations.

Customers – New Shopify customers flow into SAP with duplicate-checking by email, and guest checkouts link to a default SAP customer profile.

Orders – Shopify orders become SAP sales orders automatically, carrying over pricing, tax, discounts, and customer details.

Fulfilment – Shipment and delivery status updates flow back to Shopify for clearer customer communication.

Finance – The integration can auto-generate the full SAP sales-cycle document chain (A/R reserve invoice, delivery note, A/R invoice/credit note, incoming/outgoing payments) and maps Shopify payment methods to SAP G/L accounts for clean reconciliation.

Multi-warehouse support – Shopify store locations map to SAP warehouses for accurate stock deduction and fulfilment routing.

Oversight – Built-in logging, monitoring, and error-reprocessing tools keep the integration auditable.
