General Verification Ownership Security
Yes. Ownership verification and standard profile-update access do not require payment. Sponsored placements, Trending pins, and other promotional services are separate optional products.
Yes, for the claim workflow. A free or mismatched email follows the backlink-proof route. The website page you submit must belong to the product domain and contain a link to SaasTrac.
SaasTrac sends a one-time verification link valid for 48 hours. After verification, the claim may be approved automatically or placed in the admin queue depending on the current same-domain claim setting.
The current system stores one approved owner email per listing. A conflicting request does not silently replace the owner; it enters a conflict/review state so administrators can evaluate it safely.
The emailed claim-verification token is valid for 48 hours. Unverified claim records are eventually cleaned up, with stale claims expiring after 14 days.
Approved owners receive a secure edit link valid for 24 hours. It opens the vendor wizard with the existing listing data prefilled. Submitted changes are applied automatically or reviewed according to the active edit policy.
Use the Add Your Product page to create a new SaaS listing. Do not submit a new listing when an existing canonical product profile already appears in the search results.
